We will miss our dear friend Brenda. Her kindness and professionalism are why our son was so successful in high school. Brenda took a special interest and became our special HS Counselor. She saw so much in him and shared her advice with our family. I will always remember her smile and kindness. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Prine family. Much love Sharon and John Newhouse

Big hugs to Bruce and the kids. Brenda was and is a beautiful person to be around, always. Looking forward to seeing her, again. It's not "goodbye" but "see you, later". Love to the family, David Hardt

In Brenda we have lost a " smile " and a laugh that would light up a room or a restaurant . Brenda was a neighbor when we first met , she and Bruce quickly became friends. Fun to dine with , to party with and to be with. The Kentucky Derby gathering will miss you Brenda . She fought valiantly and bravely to the very end . Our sincere condolences to Bruce and the family. We love you.

We worked on committees together-let's be honest, we spent half our meetings laughing, and the other half pretending we knew how to run the event. And yet somehow, everything always turned out amazing..because she could put HER special fairy dust on it and it would be perfect. She always made me feel better about my game or missing a 3 foot putt. Unless we were on opposite sides and she was a fierce competitor. Breast Cancer never took her spark. She was brave, witty and smiling for me...
