Not sure what to say?

Elizabeth, David and Grant

I was saddened to hear of your loss. Brian will always have a special place in our hearts.

The special connections in our lives made through music are always the warmest. Unfortunately words can never convey the sadness that a melody can.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Norman, Barbara and Jesse

Dear Elizabeth, David and Grant,
I hardly know where to begin. So much so that I've begun this note five time. Your tragedy is simply unfathomable and my heart goes out to you. To lose Brian so young when his life held so much promise is an agony. I know you are inconsolable but please know that you are in the hearts and prayers of many friends (no less than twelve of whom emailed me in London to tell me of Brian's terrible accident).
Much love to you.

Dear Elizabeth, David, and Grant,

Words don't convey my deep sadness - it still doesn't seem real. Watching Brian grow up from across the street, hearing him howl when I walked into your motion-activated sprinklers (for the deer he told me), and hearing some of his teenage nights outside on the island separating our houses - it seems impossible.

With heartfelt condolence,
Debra

Elizabeth & family,

I am so sorry. He knew he was loved and supported.

May God rest his soul.

Dear Evans Family,
Our son, riley, is on Grant's football team. We are so very sorry about your loss. We cannot imagine how you feel. Reading the obituary, we can see the well-lived, rich family life you have had together. riley is our third son of four, also dyslexic, and we can appreciate the hard-fought life Brian had. His exuberance, interests, intelligence and talents are so apparent when you see his life in print. I am sure that Brian will leave an enormous hole in your family. We...
