Not sure what to say?

I attended basic training as well as AIT with Brian. There are not enough words to describe what a kind, caring, compassionate, unselfish, genuinely good person he was. People would call him "BLH" and he would smirk. I'd ask him if a "BLH" was like a "BLT"? He would laugh and laugh. It was a corny attempt at humor but it got him every time. I've never met a nicer person in all my years since meeting Brian. Gone but not forgotten. Miss you, BLH. God rest your soul.

Brian and I worked together for several years. He went out of his way to help me get acclimated as the new guy. I was blessed by his friendship and admired his no nonsense, straight forward approach to life. My prayer for his family is that they find comfort and peace during this difficult time. My prayer for his friends is that none of us lose the life perspective that is gained when someone we know well is suddenly taken home.

Rest in peace Brian

Mrs. Hoover, Michelle and Family,
I'm sorry for your lost, my heart and prayers go out to you and Brian.
Brian was a wonderful guy as a co-worker and a friend. He never hesitated to volunteer his help when it was needed. I rarely heard him complain. He was one of the good guys and I enjoyed the time I spent with Brian. He will surely be missed.

God Bless

Michelle and Family,
We are saddened to hear of your loss. Our memories of Brian are from fishing trips to Canada, Nascar races, to roommate, to friend from school. He will be greatly missed, but not forgotten.

Michelle & Justin

Words cannot express how we are saddened by Brian's passing. He was a great and loving man. No matter how bad he felt, he would always have a smile on his face. He certainly proved that he was a fighter til the end. He will be greatly missed. Brian was a wonderful man and friend, and always ready to help. Michelle, May God give you peace and comfort in the coming days. Should you need anything, please call. We send our prayers and thoughts your way.

Physical Plant just won't be the same without Brian. Thoughts go out to his family at this time

To the Brian Hoover Family,
I only knew Brian for a short time time, but his smile and sence of humor is something I will never forget. We always talked about NASCAR and local dirt track racing when we crossed paths while working at Office Of Physical Plant. No matter what job position Brian held, He did to the best of his ability. Brian will be greatly missed. My heart and prayers go out to Brians family. May Brian find eternal peace.

What a courageous, kind, and strong person. As many others have stated, always a smile, and always a personable greeting regardless of his situation. May his memories always bring a smile to you, as he did to others. Deepest sympathies to his family.
