Not sure what to say?

I KNEW BRIAN AND MARKEY BOTH WHEN WE WERE GROWING UP IN SCOTCH PLAINS AND REMEMBER BRIAN AND HOW SILLY HE ALWAYS WAS -- HE SPEND A LOT OF TIME AT OUR HOME AND I HEAR SONGS ALL THE TIME THAT REMIND ME OF HIM -- MY HEART AND PRAYERS ARE WITH HIS FAMILY

Today I heard of Brian's passing. I was so sorry to hear of his death. I just saw Brian not too long ago and he wanted all of us "cousins" to get together. I am so sorry now that we didn't. Our family seems to be getting smaller and smaller and time is really precious. My mother and Brian's mother were first cousins. I grew up with him and he really loved life. I want to express my deepest sympathy to AnnMarie, Pete and Markie. I am so sorry that I didn't know of his death sooner. ...

Brian Leaving Early

Brian was my cousin and a best friend. He was always a constant in our family and in my circle of friends. I depended on him to be there for me when no one else could be. He was the type of person you could confide in, hang out with and plan to grow old with. We were part of a small family and we were raised together. Our mothers were very close which made us feel like brothers. When my daughter was born, I asked him to be her God Father. In his passing, I see Brian had led a full life...

First I would like to give my most sincere condolences to Anne Marie, Pete, and Markey. If I still lived up north I would have definitely been there to pay my respects in person. It’s been a long time since I have seen Brian and Markey and I felt we were all good friends back then. The last time I remember seeing them was when we were little kids and they lived on Heckle Street in Belleville. Every time I came home from the Army on leave I hoped to run into Brian and I actually did once on...

Brian and I were supposed to meet for the first time a day before he passed away. We talked for about a month. The night I went to "meet" him was when he was sleeping Wednesday night. We couldn't look at each other's. eyes. The last time we spoke on the phone he said "Bye Sweetie" And that night when I was about to leave I went back to say good bye to him and at the same time that I said "Bye sweetie" a flower fell off and it landed next to his shoulder. I felt like he was handing me that...

Im not sure what to say, I think Im still in shock. Brian and I went back along way. I first met Brian when we were around 12 or 13yrs old. We were riding minibikes through the woods down near his house in Scotch Plains and Brian flipped and fell in the creek. He wasnt hurt but I helped him pull the minibike out of the water, We became friends that day. I will miss my friend.
Dear Mom,Pete and Marky, I am so sorry,my heart and prayers go out to you.
GO ELVIS!!!!

I had run into Brian around 2 years ago and we chated for awhile. As with some of the other postings here Brian was a part of my teenage years, years that leave lasting impressions and friends that even though time has pasted you do not forget. Brian was a sweet and funny guy who always seemed to have a smile on. May he rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. God bless him.
