Bruce was gentleman in the finest sense of the word. I knew him through Amateur Radio but we also had another thing in common - the world of education. Both of us had been school principals and we enjoyed sharing "war stories" about our experiences in the trenches of education.

I very much enjoyed working at the CNIB studio for many years with Bruce. He was a kind and gentlemanly partner, and we did a lot of good work together. I shall miss him. Condolences to the family.

Sincere regrets
