Not sure what to say?

I'll always remember the Groundhog's Day parties at his house...his insights on so many things...and how he and his brother performed a two person show at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival... it was amazing to me how they would sometimes switch roles for a day, just to spice things up!
My best to the family...

So sad to lose a dear friend and fellow Clownie.. We will miss him in our Clown Group "Clown Therapy". Bruce was our stand up guy doing Knock-Knock jokes with the crowd. Always had the crowd laughing. Will miss Bruce terribley and I can only imagine his last Knock-knock at Heaven's Gate. Rest in Peace Funny Man.. Luv you!!!

My prayers are with you all. Bruce was a great juggler and our paths crossed a few times. I am Rainbow the Clown and Uncle Freddie the hobo clown. The world is less bright by his absense.
Celeste Gagliardi St. Paul

Bruce always came up with something witty ,and a unique outlook .we will miss you and your unique spirt.

I am so sorry to hear about Bruce. He was such a likable guy! I remember his colorful personality and great sense of humor:) My love and prayers to Bev, Tracy, Erik, and family. :) He will be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. Although we did not know him long, he did leave a positive impression. Our sympathies to the family.

The vintage baseball community mourns the passing of a wonderful man and a wonderful umpire. Bruce added so much to our enjoyment of the grand old game with his flair and enthusiasm. The next time my shirt tails are not properly tucked in, I will shed a tear for the quarter fine Bruce would have so cheerfully imposed.

On behalf of the Minneapolis Southwest High School Class of 1964, I send our condolences upon the loss of sterling classmate Bruce. Our 50th year reunion is already scheduled for July 25, 26, 27, 2014, and we'll be sure to recognize and honor him during the official ceremony. Rest in peace, brother.

In 1961, Pepper inspired me to get a subscription to Mad Magazine. Best advice I ever got.
