Not sure what to say?

We miss you, adored niece and cousin. You cast a special light and in this world.

I knew Cara while she was attending Brown in 2018. She was interesting, intelligent, worldly, and so passionate. I wish I had been better able to keep in touch with her once we both moved. I frequently tell people about how wonderful she was and relive the antics we got up to hanging around Providence. I'll always cherish those memories. I'm honored I got to know someone as unique as Cara.

We are so shocked and saddened to hear this devastating news and our hearts go out to the Dorris family. Patrick Jr, Kristen, and I all had the great pleasure of getting to know Cara and we remember her as unassuming and always kind, with a passion that made her a wonderful teammate and great friend. You always had that feeling with Cara that she had something to say, and so she did. What beautiful writing achievements in her short time on this earth. May you find peace in the words she left...

I sent your family a condolence letter, but it was returned to me. Please email me with your address so that I can convey my sympathies to all of you.
