Send FlowersANDREWS, Carl Buford, 86, of Richmond, died May 9, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Marian Elliott Andrews; daughters, Patricia Andrews and Lynn Thornton (Roger); sons, Glenn (Betty) and Jerry (Cindy). He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Gray and Dorothy Wilson; and brother, Milton "Tee" Andrews. His family will receive friends 11 a.m. to 12 noon Thursday, followed by funeral services at 12 noon at Bliley's - Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Road. Interment private.
