Thanks for your service

I"m so sorry to hear this. Wray was a great guy! I worked with him for a short while. RIP

We at Kind Care Animal Hospital remember you and Wray so fondly. Please know that we are thinking of you and your family.

So sorry to hear of Wrays passing! Mother & Jack dearly Loved your Family! Prayers to you all-

Wray and I grew up together in the Grice Street neighborhood in Shelby. Spent many happy hours playing with him back in those days. He was also an excellent tutor in algebra and an all around good person. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family as they deal with the loss of this good man.

What a delight Great Uncle Carl Wray was in my younger life. My Parents, Gerald Gardner Sr. and Brenda Sue Gaines Gardner took me to visit him often along with my grandparents Andrew Gardner and Edna Pendleton Gardner. He influenced me talking about the Air Force and I later joined and made the Air Force my career and now Retired. My Aunt Suzanne Gardner McIntyre and my Sister Sharon Gardner Willis joined me in visits while he was residing in Shelby. He will be missed by many.

Carl Wray Gardner, your grandfather, John Quincy Gardner, was also my grandfather through a second marriage. I only got to speak to you through the internet sharing ancestry information and once on the phone. You were a very nice person. I am so sorry I never got to meet you in person. Rest in Peace, Carl Wray.
