Carl and my dad (Bob Hooten) were best friends and were always out fishing, hunting or hanging out at the gun club. Carl was a great person, always happy and excited about what was the next adventure. I hope Carl and Bob are together doing some fishing up in northern Wisconsin and having a great time, we do miss them a lot.
