Carl R. Kemp, 45, of Atlantic, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015, at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 4 at Hockenberry Family Care in Atlantic.
Family will greet friends during a time of refreshments in Hockenberry's community room following the memorial service.
A private interment of ashes will take place at a separate time.
