I was Bill's contact for investments at First Boston in the 1970/1980 years. We became good friends and Bill attended FBC dove hunts in Mexico. We also played tennis at Royal Oaks and I knew Margaret. He remained a client at Merrill Lynch at USAA in San Antonio. All of us regarded Bill as a friend, not a client.
