Dear Rosemary and Patty & family: So sorry to learn of your Dad's passing. He was a grea man and touched many lives. I can recall all the "dry humor" he shared with my Dad too, they were two of a kind that way, lol.

May the Lord grant you comfort and His Peace during this most difficult time. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Fowler has lost yet another icon, he will be missed by all.

We remember how he was the organizer of the reunion in 1998
at the Fowler Park...Many of my 9 cousins and their spouses had not seen the Wieber house on Wright Rd. that Anthony (Carl's grandfather) had built. in 1888...Carl had spoken to the present owners and they opened their home to us and how thrilled we were to
