Not sure what to say?

I recently heard of Carmela's passing and was deeply saddened by the news. She was a wonderful person who touched the lives of so many people. I worked with Carmela in HR at RSA and came to know a wonderful person who cared deeply for her family and friends. Carmela prayed for my mom when she was going through breast cancer and I am forever grateful for that. She was so caring. I am so sorry for your loss.

I met Carmela while working at RSA. We did not work together often but I always enjoyed the times our paths crossed. When my brother developed colon cancer Barleta offered to pray for him. Throughout his 6 year illness she would always ask for him when we saw each other.

When I heard of Carmela's cancer she had already left RSA but I often thought about her over the years. I was so sorry to hear of her passing. It was three years today that my 46 year old brother died of cancer....

Dear Pat,
It has been many years since the last time I saw you and Carmela. I just found out last night from my sister Emma and I was very saddened by the news. It is very painful when we lose someone we love so much. The love you and Carmela shared was rare and special. The only confort you and your family have is knowing that she is at peace with God and will never abandon you, for her spirit will always be with you. I will always remember her beautiful smile and the beautiful lady...

Dear Pat,
Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Ren and I will always remember Carmela for her warmth, her smile, her deep religious faith, and her loving and caring attitude toward everybody she met. Our lives are richer for having known her and for being touched by her wonderful spirit. We will miss Carmela terribly, and we will never forget her.
