Not sure what to say?

We are sorry for your loss. Fran and Diana Reding

I remember Colonel Jim as my mentor and friend, who was a decorated combat aviator and my first squadron commander. He was a source of wit and wisdom, doing for others even well into retirement. I have benefited from his example. All of us will remember him.

Dave Johnston, Colonel(Ret), MNANG 1959-1988

Family of Col.Michaud,

May the love of family and friends carry you through this time of grief.
I knew Col. Jim for many years while in the Minn. ANG. He was my Squadron Commander twice. In his retiremnet years he spent much time keeping the "FOF" folks aware of VA and health benefits. I enjoyed his periodic letters and his short book of his flying days in WWII.
He was a good man and he was friend of mine..... He will be missed by many.
God Bless.

Dear Dave and Family,

I am so sorry for the loss of such a great man. Praying for you and thinking of you during this difficult time.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

This is the Uncle I knew as a kid, loved him and Aunt Jean more than they will ever know and respected him as my Air force hero. He always came home a casino winner and we all know how he did that, such...

What an honor it has been to know Col. Michaud! Knowing he prayed for our family was so special. We have so many wonderful memories of times spent together ! We are all praying for the whole Michaud clan as you remember this special man!

I will never forget this Man or his service to this country and his friendship throughout the years. My thoughts and prayers are with all his family during this difficult time. Thank you for fightng for MY freedom!

Jim was a great guy and will be missed. I especially appreciated all he did for the city of Shoreview.
