For years I played tennis twice per week in a group with Roger Hackett which, after the tennis years became monthly couples dinner group. I often sat next to Caroline knowing conversation would always be interesting, intelligent, and effortless. The Hacketts were a wonderful couple and I feel fortunate to have become friends, even though we were over 20 years apart in age.
