Caroline Rosenstone was our colleague, friend, fellow activist, and member of the Retired Teachers´ Healthcare Advocates (RTHA). She was instrumental in helping retired educators get legislation passed in the 2023 CT General Assembly. We remain grateful to Caroline for her efforts in this achievement and her teamwork.
