I was sad to learn today of Carolyn's passing. We worked together in the Office of Mental Health, Bureau of Hospital Operations located on the grounds of Harrisburg State Hospital. Carolyn was a great co-worker and friend. And she could really plan a party!

After I retired, my husband, Roy, and I enjoyed having dinner with Carolyn & Boy whenever we were in the Harrisburg area. My condolences to Bob and the rest of Carolyn's family. She will be greatly missed.

I am so sad to see this unexpected obituary. Carolyn and I worked together at USALEA/New Cumberland for many years until her retirement. We kept contact afterwards and I met her husband Bob. She loved life and her family so much. I know she will be missed. RIP Carolyn.

Was so sad to hear of the passing of Carolyn she was always so nice to me when we spoke my Deepest Condolences and Prayers to Hoke family in this time of great lose

A friend of more than 30 years, and always one who looked at things from a positive view - always had her friends foremost in mind and never let her friends down. Carolyn was a Good Christian woman who inspired many people around her to maintain strong faith and serve the Lord. I am blessed to have known her and deeply saddened by her death. She will be sorely missed by many of us. Patti

It is with great sadness that we say good bye to Carolyn. She was a pillar of the church and will be missed terribly.
