The world just lost a beautiful angel! I met Ms. Carrie back in 2010 and we worked on and off again until March 2022. What a beautiful person...she was so intelligent, caring, and always willing to assist those in need. Our last projects were mortgage assistance for those struggling from the COVID-19 fallout and homebuyer education. The last class she taught was March 26, 2022. I called her Princess one day and she dubbed me the Queen. We shared so much laughter ALL of the time... I love...

Carrie was one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever met. She would never forget a birthday or an important milestone in the lives of her friends and family. I will always remember her calming voice on the other end of the phone. I cannot recall a time where she wasn´t making those around her laugh. She was always happy and joking. If you were in a bad mood, she always made an effort to cheer you up. Carrie was my mother´s best friend but she will always be considered family...
