Carroll Fredrick Hackett

Carroll passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Carroll was a resident of Frederick County, Virginia at the time of passing. He graduated from George Mason University, earning a Master's Degree in Busines Mr. Hackett was born in 1938 in Cook County, Illinois, the son of the late Wilda A. and Carroll E. Hackett. A Memorial service will be conducted at 3 pm on Sunday, May 20th, at The Village at Orchard Ridge Chapel, 400 Clocktower Ridge Drive, Winchester, Virginia.
