Not sure what to say?

Sam was a wonderful colleague and mentor. We attended TWU's Masters in Nursing program together and worked together at Methodist for several years. She was a loving friend who adored her family, patients, and co workers. I was very fortunate to have her in my life and will miss her. Colleen Wells Carrollton TX.

SAM, YOU WILL BE MISSED GREATLY. EVERYBODY LOVES YOU. REST IN PEACE MY DEAR FRIEND. OUR HEARTS ARE BROKEN ,BUT WE WILL MEET AGAIN SOMEDAY.

My heart aches that I will never see you or hear your voice again in this life but I know that my/our life was better because you were a major part of it. You will live in my/our heart and my thoughts forever and ever. I hope to see you again some day and we will share another laugh or two as we always did.

Sam set the bar high for nursing and nurses. Our profession lost a champion. Her way to heaven was certainly paved with her service to all.
