Read MoreI didn't know Mrs. Abad, but I knew her son Julio, when we were both station on the USS Kansas City (AOR 3) out of Naval Air Station Alameda, California 1981-83. My deepest sympathy to Julio, Daniel, Rodel, Melina, Maricel, Daniel Jr, Jovey and Desiree. She was a loving grandmother / mother / wife / friend with a beautiful soul, always supportive and caring, and always with that bright easy smile. I count myself lucky to have known her and to have been her freind. I will always remember her and I am truly heartbroken at your loss.
