Not sure what to say?

I wish Professor Dickey all best in the heaven. Professor Dickey supported me to join to USF and start my totally new career. Without him, my life is totally another one. Dr. Dickey, we miss you all the time.

I'll miss our talks, you were a great human being. I'll see you again

It is a great shock to me to learn that Chad passed away after over a year. Chad and us had a few exchanges of emails over some compounds for a collaborated project while I worked in Dr. Blagg's lab at KU. It is a great loss to all of us. Chad, RIP. We will love you and miss you always.

I just found out about Chad. We published a very cool paper together in 2002, the first time that whole genome expression was used to determine the differences between the brains of Alzheimer's model mice from unaffected mice...it was a landmark paper and a hell of a lot of fun to work together across a continent: Dickey CA, Loring JF, et al. Selectively reduced expression of synaptic plasticity-related genes in APP+PS1 transgenic mice. J. Neuroscience. 2003;23:5219. (2002). He was gone...

Chad Dickey was kind enough to let me use his lab equipment while I was pursuing my PhD in pharmacology and neuroscience at USF. I'm so sorry to learn of his passing. May God provide for and grant comfort and peace to his entire family during this time of grief.

Rest in Peace, Chad. And may God watch over your family during this difficult time.

Adria: We are very, very saddened to learn about Chad. Please accept our condolences and know we are always here to help in any way we can. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

You always made me laugh. You were an awesome person and a great friend to everyone you met. Your family has the best angel looking out for them. RIP

Chad was a highly respected member of The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation (TRAGF)/AFAR New Investigators in Alzheimer's Disease community. We will miss his generous spirit, quick smile, and brilliance. Most recently, Chad chaired our proposal scientific review committee.
