Chad Entzel, 42, Bismarck, died Jan. 2, 2020. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck.

There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place.
