Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry for the family's loss of this fabulous woman. She was a true Sweet Adeline in every way and a wonderful performer. Char is a huge part of Region 10 history and she will be greatly missed.

Fun and games but sincerity surround Charlene because she made it happen. I always looked forward to seeing this talented lady. Blessings to her family, Judy Allen

You could always see the special bond between Char and her daughters. I send my heartfelt sympathies to all her family. She was one of a kind and gave so much of her time and talent to Sweet Adelines and Region 10 both administratively and musically. Mary Ann Wydra, Alamo Metro Chorus

Holly, your mom will be missed by many. She brought fun and energy into every room she entered. I expect she's doing a great job organizing a barbershop chorus in heaven. Lots of love to you and your family from Louisiana!

Glad you finally finished the race Char! You'll be GREATLY missed and always fondly thought of. For friends and family!
Special hugs to Ann Holly Joy Lynn & Char's Chorus!

Sometimes we assume that things will always stay the same and that special people in our lives will always be there. The older we get, the more we know that change and loss are inevitable. My heart is with Holly and Joy as you move forward with special memories of your precious mother in your hearts. She'll always be there! We will all miss her presence in our Great Gulf Coast Region #10 Sweet Adelines world!

Char was the director of my first Sweet Adeline's chorus Cradle of Texas where I also had the pleasure of getting to know Joy and Holly. Char was very encouraging and taught me so much about singing and performing. She will be missed.

My amazing mother would be so proud of how her friends have surrounded our family with love and honor. Many thanks to all that have honored her with your kind words and tributes. May she always be kept in our hearts.

I knew char through her daughter, Holly. Holly and I had so much fun in the Sweet Adeline chorus we sang in at the time. I'm so sorry for the loss of you dear mother, Holly and Joyce. It's with all my heart that I send my condolences to you both.
