I came across Mr. Bell doing some research for Habitat for Humanity. We had our golf tournament in April and what i learned about him i wanted him to be there. We couldn't have gotten him. In august we where a gust speaker for AARP . I had the honor to meet him then. He was so kind and a great smile on his face. Then i learn that he lived alone and cook clean and always out and about at his age so. I looked up to him even more. I was glad i meet a man who was apart of history and who also...

I was blessed to meet Mr.Bell last year at a Warner Robins City Council. There they honored him with a proclamation and shared a little about him.

Being a reporter for the local newspaper naturally I knew his story needed to be shared. And on that day I became even more blessed.
