Not sure what to say?

Grandpa I miss you so much. I love you always.

Sorry I did not sign my name to the previous entry.
Jo Ann Crofton, Louisville, NE.

Charles, I have so many wonderful memories of our growing up years in Fort Calhoun. You were the best brother anyone could ever ask for. It has been around ten years since I have seen you, but I am glad we called each other on a regular basis. I am so grateful that you had Mary to be with and care for you. The minister did a very good job at your funeral yesterday. May you now rest in peace.

Uncle Charles, I will remember you always. You were the coolest.

In talking among our family, we all agree Uncle Charles was a guy with a great sense of humor and a smile that would make someone's bad day turn into a great day. He is no longer suffering and it gives me peace knowing he is among others who have passed before and they are enjoying that smile as we will keep him in our heart till we see him again. Love you, your niece Sandy Hansen Latham

Charlie, all of us at Val-Nap will miss you... Rest in peace, you are in a better place

Frances and family, so sorry for your loss. What I remember he was really a funny guy and had a great ranchero that he loved.
My deepest sympathy.

So sad to lose my dear Uncle Charles. I remember the last time we saw you in Fort Calhoun. I believe it was in 2003. Mom (Thelma Cachelin Bigg) was also there and we had a nice meal at the Rustic Inn and lively conversation. Mom passed in 2004 and I am sure she and Grandma & Grandpa Cachelin (Hazel and Ed) and many other family and friends were waiting to welcome you to the other side. No more pain or suffering. You are now in God's hands. We pray for peace for those left behind. ...

Your smile will be missed
