I was saddened to learn when I returned to Florida this winter, my Florida neighbor and friend Chip, had passed away in December. Chip was always friendly, polite and a gentleman. He always enjoyed sharing his great memories of his adventures in life. He spoke of Helene and his family, as though I knew them well. When I think of Chip, I’ll remember his hardy laugh and how he would throw his head back when he did.

I had the pleasure of working with and befriending Chip a couple years ago. He had a huge heart and a contagious laugh. Rest in peace brother. You will be missed.

He was a kind soul and a real gentleman. I only knew him a few short years, but we became fast friends because of our common interests. I called him on a Friday evening when my car broke down and with ni hesitation he came and rescued my wife and I. He is truly missed, Gid speed my friend
