Charles Roger Fischer

My wife and I want to send our condolences to Roger and his family and to thank them for the wonderful obituary. We did not know him, but we were good friends with his oldest brother Jerome and Jerome's wife Ellie Hocker. My mother Annice Ross Smith told me many stories about Thorp school days and how she and Roger's dad Jerry were good friends in school and in the years afterward.
