Not sure what to say?

I just heard of Chucks passing. I managed the association where he served on the Board of Directors for several years. He was always such a kind gentle person who was always a pleasure to work with. We remained in close contact until I moved from the VA area 7 years ago. I didn't just consider him a board member, I thought of him as a friend. May you find comfort during this difficult time.

My condolences to you and your family on the loss of your father.

Lauren I am so sorry about your father. He was an amazing man with so much charisma and I remember when we were in high school and being around him and you. He loved you so much. You are in my thoughts and prayers

I will always remember his kindness to Me and Christine on our visit to Eastern Va. He was a Radio Pro with a big booming voice and wonderful delivery. Enjoyed our chats and working together here at WXBQ. My condolences to Lauren, Velma, and family.

Chuck was such a terific guy and we have missed him (and that fabulous voice)on WFHG and WXBQ these past years since retirement. Very deepest sympathy. Barbara McFaddin

My condolences to the family of Charles. He was a grade ahead of me in High School. We formed a Gospel singing group and performed in little churches in Southwest Virginia in places I had never heard of before. I did make contact with him about a year ago and talked about old times for an hour or so. One thing I will remember about him was that he was a neat dresser and also a swell guy

Sheriff Fred Newman and the Members of the Washington County Sheriff's Office would like to express their sympathy in the death of Charles Foster. If our Sheriff's Office can be of assistance to you during your time of sadness, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To The Foster Family,
I met Chuck about 1975 through my father and his CB Radio-mates. He joined one of the radio clubs my family participated.
I do not immediately remember his FCC Class D Call Sign. I just did not say or hear it frequently enough.
I do not remember if he went fishing with them as I did not have that enthusiasm for hours out in in the JR just fishing and fishing and fishing ...........
I have a picture of him and my brother with their motorcycles. I...

Lauren, Velma and family, you are in my thoughts & prayers.
