Charles E. Gaines

Charles has been my friend for some 20 years. I taught a T'ai Chi class at the Montclair YMCA for many years, and Charles was one of my early students. He continued to study with me, then was an integral part of my class at the Montclair Public Library, where he was an Assistant Instructor, helping members of the class with the myriad details of T'ai Chi.
