Not sure what to say?

Charlie is always in my thoughts. I miss him.

I worked under Charlie in the Stroock tax department in the 1980s. He made a huge impact on my career. I´ll never forget how slowly and carefully he read every line of a case when I brought my research results to him, puffing on a cigar as he read along. He once told me that I had found a case right on point but had neglected to read an important word in the decision: the word "not." I´ll never forget that- I never did that again. I miss his sense of humor still.- Cindy Goldberg Fine

I worked for David Finkelman for over 25 years and he just told me of CBH´s passing. I am sorry Rickie for your loss. Charlie was just one in a million and I have nothing but the greatest memories of him. A good man indeed! Rita Farrell

I would always marvel at the fact that Charlie could recall not only the details of every trip he ever took, but what he eat at...

In spite of not seeing each other for so long (because of distance) you´ve always been an important part of my (our lives-that of course includes Allan). You are and will be missed dear cousin and may you now rest in peace. And if there is a heaven share my love with all of our other loved ones up there with you. More love, Robbie
