Charles Brent Olmstead M.D.

I worked with Dr. Olmstead as his Physician Assistant for years at the Bath VAMC. He was an amazing physician and wonderful person as well as friend. He was so helpful sharing his knowledge and experiences in medicine and life. He had an old-school mentality in his practice which benefited everyone patients and staff alike. Family should be so proud of him and his accomplishments from his service in the military and at the Bath VA. I am blessed to have known and worked with him.

Ohmygosh, such a wonderful man and extraordinary physician... I met him initially in my teen years and was his patient throughout many years. Such an expert in his field (above-and-beyond), and an incredible incredible salt-of-the-earth individual who I could say became my friend. Helpful and compassionate, and always encouraging me to believe the best in myself. Does it get any better? God Bless you, Dr. Olmstead, and your sweet family. Thank you, Thank you.....

Mr Brent, was my “favorite old guy”. I say that because I knew Mr. Olmstead in his older years.There wasn’t a day that he wouldn’t make me smile or feel loved in his presence. I will truly miss him every day. Mr. Brent and his wife have been beyond great towards myself and my family. I adopted Brent as my grandparent a few years ago and when I asked him, he kindly obliged! He didn’t hesitate or ask me why. Mr. Brent opened his heart to me and I hope I stay inside there forever, he sure is...

This small message brings my deepest condolences on the passing of Doctor Olmstead. May God grant him eternal rest and let perpetual light shine upon him.

Very sorry to hear about Doctor Olmstead passing. Wonderful gentleman and we enjoyed his company at the Sanitary Barber shop. I’m sure he’s cheering for the Buffalo Bills in heaven. Our prayers are with you and your family. God Bless you all.
