Not sure what to say?

When this memorial appeared on my computer today, it made me smile, as Charlie did every day when he came through my office. Nothing but fond memories of him. Wish I could have heard him preach, after all fo the comments that I have read. I am sure he was welcomed to and happy in heaven.

Words, even to this day can't express the kindness and support that was given to this young pastor by this man of God. His example of faith and service to live and preach the Word still challenges many who would call him friend. Love and prayers to family, as we remember together the rejoicing of heaven's gain!

I remember hearing him preach over 40 years ago at Otterbein Chapel. A wonderful minister.

The earth has lost a wonderful man, however God has received a dedicated man of God. Charlie dedicated his life to the lord always wearing a smile. You have lost a wonderful father, grandfather, Uncle and friend but he is at rest with the lord above. God Bless you all

I am not a godly man. I only saw him once when I was 12. To this day I compare all Preachers to him and they all fall short. But today I am 40 and remember that day. Perhaps if he had been my regular preacher things may have been different I just wanted to say he had affected me in a positive way. I M SORRY HE IS GONE And may God take him home to heaven where he belongs.

Dear Ragland Family,
It was a honor & privliege to share the pulpit over the years. He was a wonderful soldier for the Lord. His ministry will echo for years to come. Until we meet again.

Some people touch our hearts and leave footprints--that was Rev.Ragland. He preached many times at the South Perry, Ohio church. We were blessed to have known him.

Charlie was a friend to my father and a wonderful example to all
