I remember Mr. Scarborough was a friend of my father..Mr. Edward Dill of Felton. So sad at this time as i know Mr. Scarborough will be missed but remembered by many. A good man..my father always said. I was very young then..and my Dad passed away in 2005. I pray they are friends in the heavens as well. My condolences to his family. Kimbery Dill
