Not sure what to say?

Well, Charlie, another Elvis Week is upon us! As all the others it will never be the same without you. I miss our time together! I miss your smile, your laugh, your gentle ways, our huurs on the phone. I just miss you!

When my husband was playing in Pigeon Forge at Memories theatre with Will Stiles and Jerry Lee. I had the honour of sitting backstage talking with Charlie about his time with Elvis. I told him I’d been a fan since I first heard him sing. When Charlie passed Jennifer sent us two of his guitar picks and several photos. He gave me his book Elvis and me and signed it. I’ll always treasure it. I know he’s up in heaven with Elvis and JD singing. May they all Rest In Peace

Charlie I have been playing your stint at the Apple Lounge quite a bit lately, only you could tell the jokes you did. I miss you!

Dear Charlie, you are so missed by our entire family. Whether in Memphis at Graceland, spending time with your mom in Decatur, Alabama, traveling different places with you or just you spending so very much time with us at our home in Wisconsin it was always treasured times. Thank you for being our son Aaron Elvis´s godfather. We will always miss you and love you. Rest in Charlie. . The Barnetts (Bob,Linda,Tammy,Bobby and Aaron Elvis)

You were the most loyal of the bunch and I hope you are now with the Lord singing His praises along with Elvis. Prayers for your family.

Had the massive pleasure of meeting you in Norwich,England. I recognized you immediately. When I told people I was working with who you were nobody believed me. I love Elvis so much I spend so much time in pain and crying at his far too early departure. Hope you´re together. X

always rocknroll
