Stefanie, Sandy and Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I hope that looking back in memory may bring comfort and peace to your hearts.

I have many fond memories of my friendship with Krysia (as I called Christine) over the years. I am grateful that she always found time for me whenever I was in town. We used to meet in her favorite local restaurants such as Max's Grill or Patisserie Boissiere which were as international as her gypsy spirit. She...

I was deeply saddened to hear the news about Christine, with whom I worked closely during my three years at NPS, 2009-12. She was wonderful friend, very committed to the institution, the mission and the people around her. I personally learned so much from her, and valued her friendship; she gave untiringly to others. My prayers and condolences to her family.

Christine made the world a better place. A friend for over 30 years since we worked together at Tulane, I've always felt privileged that she counted me as a friend. I learned so much from her. She was the epitome of grace, compassion, wisdom, and strength even as she faced her own mortality and I will miss her. My thoughts, prayers, and sincere condolences to Christine's family. My deepest sympathy goes out to Sandy and Stefanie family as you struggle through the grief and sadness. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Christine's support was always so sturdy, almost tangibly so. She held her friends close. It was always so interesting to have analytical or problem-solving conversations with her. Her style was so supremely collaborative,...

Dear Krysia, you will be also missed here in Poland. You will remain in our memories and hearts. Our deepest condolences to Stefcia, her Family and Sandy. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.
