CHRISTINE PRESTON

With a gentle spirit and a heart full of love, Christine Preston entered this world on April 18, 1966, in Jeanerette, Louisiana, born to the devoted union of Willie James Preston and Annie M. Preston. From her earliest days, Christine radiated kindness, compassion, and quiet strength. These qualities that would shape her life and the lives of all who had the blessing of knowing her.

Christine was the proud mother of one precious child, Christian Pappillian, who was born into the loving arms of angels. Though his time on earth was held only in sacred memory, Christine’s love for him remained deep, everlasting, and ever-present in her heart. She carried that love with grace, allowing it to shape her nurturing and gentle spirit.

On October 25, 2025, Christine peacefully completed her earthly assignment and entered eternal rest. She is preceded in death by her beloved father, Willie James Preston, and her cherished mother, Annie M. Preston, who lovingly followed her to eternal glory just three days later. She is also preceded in death by her treasured brothers, Nathaniel, David, and Terry, and her precious son, Christian.

Christine leaves to celebrate her life and carry forward her loving legacy: her devoted husband, Marion Pappilion; her faithful sister and best friend, Karen Preston; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by her presence.

Rest well, dear Christine. Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, and your love will remain with us always.
