Chris was a soulful and dedicated artisan. He dedicated his life to his music. He left behind four living children, as he rejoins his mother Nancy, and daughter Cassie. He will be mourned as a father and as an artist and musician.

I met Chris in 2007 and we became immediate and very close friends, and remained in contact for the last 16 years. I found him to be extraordinarily talented as a musician, and quite wonderful and compassionate as a friend. I am very sad about his passing (which occurred on my birthday) and from now on and for the rest of my life, when I celebrate my birthday, I will also celebrate the good fortune of having had Chris as a dear friend.
