Not sure what to say?

LCDR (at the time) Chris Daly was my OIC of our Vegas Detachment, Cargo Handling Battalion 14. We had many memories of our times in the Naval Reserve. He also came to our new home (2007) in Cedar City, UT and helped us prepare for our first July 4th picnic.
Capt Daly was 2 days younger than I, and we had fun teasing each other about it.
God be with you, sir.

Sorry to learn of Chris's passing. He will be missed. A good friend. Over the past several years we had the opportunity to share lunches and reminisce about our respective experience in the Navy.

Fair winds and following seas.

ISC, USNR (ret)

We will miss you very much at our Naval lunches and throughout our lives. Chris was a great presence and a person you could always depend upon. He buoyed our spirits and warmed our lives with his presence. Thank you, Captain.

Bruce Turner,
Commander, USNR (Ret.)

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Chris. May the cherished memories you have of your dear one help sustain you during this time. May you find comfort in Jesus promise of the hope of everlasting life at John 6:40.

I am so sorry to hear about Chris. I was a Pastor at Community Lutheran Church and he was always a help with my less than perfect computer skills.

He had a great sense of humor! He will be missed by those who knew him!!!!

My heart goes out to family and friends.

Rev. Lois Shuart

Captain Daly was an outstanding Naval Officer. I had the pleasure of meeting him and serving with him at the Las Vegas Naval Reserve Center on Range Road in the early 2000's. He was an intelligent, kind and humble man who set an exemplary example for the many dozens of Officers and Enlisted who were privileged to know him. Fair winds and following seas, Captain Daly!!

Blessed to be counted as a friend of Chris's. He was so kind and helpful, always had a way to make you feel important. I will miss him.

My Thoughts and Prayers are with you all... as (anyone) that knew him, misses him. And definitely miss him at CLC Choir.
