Chris was my Doctor and my Friend for many years. He was an awesome individual and I will greatly miss knowing he is not here. My sympathy goes out to his family and many friends. We will never forget.

Chris was my doctor and friend for over 35 years. He was one of the nicest people one could ever meet. I loved his devotion to his patients and all his wonderful stories. He will be in my heart forever. My condolences to his family and friends.
