RIP Chuck. Way too young to die especially when so full of life. See ya in another universe my friend. Rock N'Roll.

I never got the chance to give him the video of Puffy and Biggie in Vegas that fateful night involving Mr Shakur, when he visited my home in Sherman Oaks. Truly a classy man, very engaging and well spoken. I was honored to meet him. May Allah (The God) be pleased with Mr Phillips.

Chuck was one of the good guys. In his work and his personal life he made a difference in this world. Rest in peace and thank you my friend.

R.I.P my friend and God Bless!

Chuck was my dear lifelong friend, source of encouragement and brother rebel starting in Detroit then Venice and on and on. I miss him greatly and always will.

Always appreciated your work Chuck. RIP
