Our hearts go out to you both. I will always remember C.E. for his wonderful smile. He brighten up the room with his presence. We shared delight in our conversations about old Thomas and our love for family history. He was such a good man. He will be sorely missed.

Peggy and Cathy, we were sadden to hear of C. E. 's home going.There is rejoicing in heaven, but, we are sad. Our prayers are with you, cherish your memories.

Dear Peggy and Kathy... I am so sorry for your loss of CE. I always looked for the memorials he wrote to his Father and most recently, his Mother.
His poetry and sentiment was beautiful, I so hope someone picks up the gauntlet an carries on his legacy of remembrance of those gone on before..Bless you in these days to come. We will be thinking of you.

CE was a friend and classmate of my brother Bob and a friend of our entire family. I well remember his numerous visits to our home and his entertaining everyone with his music. He was a loyal fan of Jefferson High School wrestling and I particularly appreciated a book concerning the legendary wrestling coach Billy Martin, "The Granby Roll" He recently gave me. May he rest in Peace: Gordon Saul

CE was one of my Dad's (Dickie Martin)dearest friends growing up, from what I've been told they played lots of music together and had some great times. I appreciate so much him speaking at my Dad's funeral and sharing stories about he and my Dad. Our prayers go out to his family, I know he will be greatly missed.
