Hey Busby, I miss you so much old friend. I still think about all the good times we had together traveling.

Cleo had a giant intellect. In one conversation, he could clearly discuss tenant organizing, politics, religion, business, sports and anything else you might think of.
Cleo was also a great angler (not just a fisherman) He caught the largest Northern Pike that I've ever seen, for which he also received a Fish Ohio certificate. I will always be grateful for his contribution to getting AFP started and continuing marketing ideas over the years. The...
