Not sure what to say?

Cleotha Staples you are truly miss. RIP

When I worked at the Staples Nightclub {Perv's House} as a waitress we were called Perv's Pets in the 1980's. All the sisters including Cleotha were very cordial and respectful to me.I remember how cold it would get in Chicago. I was in college and one night when I got to work really late {Pops Staples and the girls were waiting for me}I mentioned this to them AND...Cleotha's sister; Mavis GAVE me her Fur coat!!!

Lov u always...ill still b singing ( ill take you thre fo a long time) my all tim fav especilly een we go to Myrtl Beach sc

I'm a little late to the dance, but the Staple Singers were my favorite "girl" group. The guitar, Bass, drums and of course, the ladies. I frequent the gym, and have to listen to "If Your Ready.." even if is a little 'political' every day. Of my top 20 faves, it's the one I listen to most frequently.

Cleedi was my friend, my big sister, my mentor. We shared many great laughs and special moments together. She never failed to be true and loyal. She took me under her wings and guided me with her wisdom. I will miss her smile and her laughter. I am so thankful that God shared her with me. I send my deepest condolences to Mavis, Yvonne, and Pervis and the rest of the Staples' Family. You are in my prayers. I hope I can see you soon. You are the part of Cle that I have left. Tootle...
