I feel truly fortunate to have known such a driven man. He was a mentor like no other and one that I will never forget. My condolences to the family.

As a boss, Kip was great in dealing with staff, considering he and Mickey raised a whole crew. I worked for Kip as a young fellow when he and MIckey managed Evergreen Mobile Park in Edmonton, Alberta. Good times, great folks I know they are missed by friends and family. Sincerest condolences to you all.
