Not sure what to say?

Clyde was a very good man as well as a great banker - very glad I met him during the journey of my life! To Clyde´s family, while he has departed from this life nearly five years ago, Clyde has most assuredly not been forgotten. May his memory be a blessing!

I will treasure the time I had with Clyde this past year at Canterbury Court. I sat in on two of his watercolor classes and was so inspired I almost bought my own set. I loved our dinners and conversations and will miss him greatly.

I worked for Suntrust for 30 years and met Mr Draughon there. I am from Mobile and my mother, Adele Horst Campbell was his Childhood friend. My grandfather, Tom Horst, worked closely with his Dad at the old Merchants Bank a their families were close. He was so kind to me as I knew nobody when I first moved here in 1985,and my Mom told me to call him Buzzy. I am sorry for your loss

Our deepest condolences.

Clyde was a great, supportive, and kind neighbor. We loved hearing about Clyde and Lyn's travels, especially the walking trips in Europe and elsewhere. As they walked our street at night, they would always stop to share stories about their growing family and ask how everyone was doing. My wife and I always said that we want to be just like them when we grow up. Great family man, great artist, great neighbor.

Clyde you have been a wonderful husband to Lyn a great Father to your beautiful daughters. Your life has been fulfilled as a grandfather. You have been an inspirational friend. You tackled life with gusto and achieved as a banker, gardener and as an artist. Rest In Peace you have helped make this world a better place. With love and great respect. Jim and Nina
