Not sure what to say?

Although we never had a chance to meet Colin in person, we loved seeing your photos of him, with his beautiful curls and with such a handsome smile. I love the spirit that he emulates in this photo. I can see that he was oh, so special and one of a kind. May his presence always be near, filling up your home, your heart so that you know that he is oh so near. Sending you our love and prayers, Meredith, Doug, and Nina.

I will keep you in my prayers, asking God to walk with you in grief's journey.
Rev John Pohlman

I'm so sorry for this devastating loss. There is absolutely NOTHING more heartbreaking than losing a child. Please know I am holding your entire family in my heart during this incredibly difficult time.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I pray for peace and comfort as you grieve for your beautiful son. I pray you will be surrounded with love during this time.

I am so sorry for the loss of your wonderful son. Living in Wisconsin I did get to see him whenever I visited with your neighbors next door. My sincere thoughts and prayers are with you. God be you.

I'm broken hearted for Doug, Meredith and Nina. I've met Colin and he was and still is a kind/gentle young man. I'm reminded of Christ's words from John 16:22 "So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you." Take heart that our Savior's coming is nearer still. One day, there will be no more pain, no more tears, no more death.

Colin was a beautiful soul and still is today; I can see it here in his picture you chose. Sending you all many prayers during this excruciating time of grief. No amount of words can say how much sorrow I feel for you all.

Prayers for comfort for your family in this time of sorrow.
