Not sure what to say?

Hi Liz, Nicki, AJ and Colin,
Initially let me say that I was so very upset to hear about Colin. I only spoke to him about two weeks ago. At the time he sounded good. Maragret and I came America a few years ago and visited because I was concerned about Colin’s health. It tuned out on that occasion to be that he was OK.
I would have come to the funeral but planes from Australia on such short notice made it impossible. One day extra would have been ok.
Would you please read...

What a shock. He was a class of 1964 reunion supporter. Always ready to help on the committee anyway he could. Encouraging others to attend. Colin, we miss you already.

Dear Metcalf Family,

I am a friend of Nicole's, and although I never had the chance to meet her father, I know from her many stories of him that he was a kind and wonderful man. Her devotion to him spoke volumes about his importance in the lives of his loved ones. Nicole, my heart goes out to you and yours. Take care--you will be in my thoughts.

Dear familiy, my sincere condolences to you. Colin...

To The Family of Mr. Metcalf:

I was deeply saddened today to find out that Mr. Metcalf had passed away. I work at the West YMCA, where he frequently visited. He would come in to work out with good spirits all the time. Many times I would be stressed out from working, and he would always be able to make me smile or laugh. I know I will miss seeing him almost every night and I know everyone else at the YMCA will too! I know what it is like to lose a loved one, and I wish you all...

Our condolances to you on the sudden passing of your father and grandfather. We know the feeling of pain, confusion and loss since we lost our son Andrew on February 24. Your father is now in a better place. We are praying for you and your family through this difficult time. You probably remember our son Tony who rode the bus to Coopersville Schools with you. God be with you all.

I knew Colin through my parents and the Marina. In the short time I knew him all I have to say is "What a wonderful man!" He was funny and kind to everyone.
May God Bless him and his Family.

We are both so saddened and shocked by the loss of Colin..We remember him so fondly from so many years ago, getting together with him and his precious ex-wife, Margie, and their children....Memories and thoughts will always remain in our hearts of him....We pray for strength and grace for all of you during these saddened times...Please know that we both care and think of you all lovingly....
