Lynchburg, Virginia

Guest Book

Not sure what to say?

Bob will truly be missed. I will especially miss him greeting me at the gate with his HUGE smile.

Bob brightened our days many times with emailed photographs showing the natural beauty of this world... A world he now can view without any boundries or limitations. We know he will be missed by those who loved him, including his three grand children who he held so dear. May he rest in grace and in peace. Our thoughts are with you,

On behalf of the Brothers of the Lynchburg Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. It saddens us to realize the departure from this life of Brother Robert L. Fairchild, Jr. He was a great man of wisdom and of noble character with a great willingness to assist and give generously. My Brother, you will be sadly missed.

Our sincere condolences to the Fairchild family. We will certainly miss Brother Fairchild from Sunday School and church services.

With deepest sympathy.

We are thinking of you during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
The family of the late Dorothy Fairchild Bennett

My condolences to Mrs. Fairchild and family in the passing of Mr. Fairchild. Please know that I am thinking of you and praying for you in this hour.

He was a man of character. He was a mentor to me when I started my banking career 25 years ago. He took the initiative to help me as I started my career and was always a source of guidance when I ask. My thoughts and prayers to the family

Words cannot express how much Bob will be missed. ---Paul, Laura and Olethia
